Central MA Bootcamp & Personal Training

Central MA Bootcamp & Personal Training offers one on one personal training as well as 8 week indoor/ outdoor bootcamp classes for all fitness levels. Mixing cardiovascular exercise with weight training for a maximal calorie burning workout. Central MA Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes, enjoyable and social! Bootcamp classes are commitment pricing, one time up front fee. All new attendees are welcome to try first class free!

About me

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. My 45 minute bootcamp classes are customizable to suit a beginner exerciser to an advanced athlete. I am a NASM certified personal trainer residing in Central MA with my husband and two daughters. I love hiking, weight lifting, adventure and horses.
